Wall-Mounted Dispensers for a Five-Star Finish

Designed for properties where guests come and go. Each dispenser is glass, powder-coated in your chosen finish, with a precision metal pump and a locking wall bracket that stops bottles being knocked over or packed into a suitcase.

Brackets are manufactured from stainless steel 3CR12 or grade 304, with electroplated gold and silver options available. Built to look sharp from the first booking to the hundredth, without you topping up consumables on every changeover.

Your Listing's Name on Every Bottle

Add your property name or logo with our custom labelling service: hard-wearing, waterproof labels applied to every dispenser for a clean, branded finish that photographs beautifully in your listing gallery.

Built for the quantities short-let hosts actually order - no large minimum to meet. Supply your own artwork, or we can help develop something that suits your property.

FAQ

Everything hosts ask first.

If your question isn't here, see the bottom of our page for more FAQs, or reach out to us and our trade team will reply within one working day with a tailored answer for your listing.

Yes. They're one of the simplest ways to make a listing feel like a boutique hotel rather than a spare room, and they're a detail guests regularly mention in five-star reviews.

Each dispenser is heavy-weight glass with a rust-resistant metal pump built for constant use. The 500ml capacity means fewer refills between changeovers, and the wall-mounted option fixes securely to the wall, so bottles don't get knocked over by guests or quietly disappear in a suitcase.

If you'd rather avoid glass in a particular spot (a property with young families, say), we also offer refillable plastic dispensers in the same finishes. The wall-mounted range is the most popular choice for short lets because the fixed bracket keeps everything secure and looking tidy for every new arrival.

Custom labelling is available on every order, so you can add your listing's name or logo straight onto the bottle from just £60 + VAT.

Yes, through our custom labelling service, ideal if you run a named cottage, a serviced-apartment brand or a small portfolio:

  • Custom Labelling: your name or logo on waterproof, polypropylene-laminated adhesive labels, applied to every dispenser. From £60 + VAT, with a lead time of just 1–2 weeks.

It's designed for the lower quantities short-let hosts typically order, so there's no large minimum to meet. Send us your artwork and we'll take care of the rest.

No. The wall brackets hold each dispenser in place with a locking mechanism, so bottles stay put between guests rather than ending up in someone's washbag. This is the main reason short-let hosts choose the wall-mounted range over countertop bottles.

No. Our custom labels are waterproof permanent adhesive, coated with a polypropylene laminate that resists moisture, handling and the cleaning sprays used on a typical changeover.

They're engineered for exactly the conditions a short-let bathroom sees: steam, splashes and a thorough clean between every guest. Unlike cheap stick-on labels that peel or discolour, ours are made to hold their look for the life of the dispenser, so your branding stays sharp guest after guest.

It depends on the bathroom and how generous you want the setup to feel. For most Airbnbs and holiday lets, three to four dispensers per bathroom hits the sweet spot.

A typical setup looks like this:

In the shower - wall-mounted:

  • Body wash
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner

At the basin - wall-mounted or countertop:

  • Hand soap

That's four per bathroom as a baseline. A simpler two-in-one shower setup (body wash and shampoo) brings it to three; a premium listing adding hand cream or body lotion at the basin brings it to five.

Multiply by the number of bathrooms across your properties, then add a small buffer for breakages and new listings. A host with five two-bathroom apartments on the four-dispenser setup, for example, would need around 40 dispensers plus a few spares.

If you're also adding wall brackets and matching fixtures (towel bars, robe hooks, roll holders), we can help you put together a full per-property spec so you order exactly what you need. Contact us or apply for a trade account and we'll work through the numbers with you.

Standard in-stock items - 1–3 days
Custom labelling - 1–2 weeks
Custom glass spraying (colour) - 8–10 weeks

All lead times run from artwork approval and receipt of payment. If you've got a guest arriving or a listing going live on a fixed date, tell us the deadline and we'll advise on the quickest suitable option, including in-stock unbranded dispensers you can have within days.

Matte Black Toilet Brush & Holder - Namie Home

Matching Fixtures for a Five-Star Finish

Complete the bathroom with coordinating metal fixtures: toilet roll holders, towel bars, robe hooks and more. A discreet floating design hides all the fixings, keeping walls clean and easy to wipe down between guests.

Available in matte black, brushed gold and brushed silver to match your dispensers. Made from premium materials that hold up to constant guest use and frequent cleaning.

From One Listing to a Whole Portfolio

Whether you run a single cottage or manage dozens of serviced apartments, our trade system scales with you. Specify the same dispensers and fixtures across every unit, with consistent finishes maintained order after order as you add properties.

Volume pricing scales with your unit count, and custom labelling keeps your branding consistent across every property without a big minimum order. One studio or fifty, we'll work through quantities, lead times and specification with you directly.

Built for guest turnover, not the family bathroom.

From the weight of the glass to the threading of the pump, every detail is engineered to survive back-to-back stays and self check-ins, while giving your guests a finish that feels like a boutique hotel.

Bin the single-use miniatures for good. Refillable glass dispensers spare hundreds of plastic bottles per listing each year, the kind of sustainable touch eco-conscious guests look for and reward in their reviews.

One dispenser replaces thousands of disposable bottles over its lifetime. That means fewer consumables to reorder, less to store between stays, and quicker turnarounds for you or your cleaning team.

Custom labelled with your listing's name and logo. It photographs beautifully for your listing gallery and signals a professionally run property the moment guests walk in.

Heavy-weight glass, rust-resistant pumps and powder-coated metal fixtures built to handle unfamiliar guests, hard water and constant cleaning, without scratching, clouding or looking tired by month three.

Why Namie

Why Short-Let Hosts Choose Namie

We're not a generic Airbnb supplies catalogue. Here's what makes us the choice for hosts and serviced-apartment operators who care about the details.

Our glass soap dispensers are sourced from Europe and finished in England, not drop-shipped from an overseas warehouse. Every dispenser is quality-checked before dispatch, so the products going into your listing are ones you can stand behind, with a real person to contact if anything isn't right.

Most suppliers sell dispensers. Namie supplies the whole bathroom: glass soap dispensers, wall brackets, towel bars, robe hooks, toilet roll holders, soap dishes and shower shelves, all in the same finish. Matte black, brushed gold, frosted clear. One supplier, one look that photographs as a coherent set in your listing gallery, with no mismatched fittings let down by a cheap plastic bottle.

Custom-branded dispensers can take 6–8 weeks with many suppliers. Our custom labelling lead time is just 1–2 weeks from artwork approval, and unbranded in-stock dispensers ship within days. If you're getting a new listing live or refreshing a property between seasons, that difference matters.

Custom labelling starts from just £60 + VAT, with your property name or logo on waterproof, hard-wearing labels. It's designed for exactly the quantities short-let hosts order, whether you run one cottage or a handful of serviced apartments, with no minimum order that prices out a single-property host.

From individual Superhosts to serviced-apartment groups like Mason & Fifth in London and short-let operators across Europe, we supply dispensers and bathroom fixtures custom-branded to each property. We understand what a short-let order looks like; the per-unit consistency, the turnaround pressure, and the need for products that survive guests who aren't paying the bill.

Namie isn't a large supply company routing your enquiry through a contact form and a call centre. When you get in touch about your listing, you speak directly to someone who knows the product and can advise on the right setup for your property, your guest profile and your budget, whether that's one studio or an entire block.

The End of the Plastic Miniature

Guests increasingly judge a stay by its details, and a row of half-used plastic miniatures isn't one of them. Refillable glass dispensers are the permanent, premium upgrade: better for the planet, cheaper per stay, and the kind of touch that earns a mention in your reviews. Installed once, refilled as needed, branded to your property.

Product & Materials

What is the best soap dispenser for an Airbnb bathroom?

The best soap dispenser for a guest bathroom is one that stays where you put it, looks the part, and doesn't create extra work for your cleaning team. For most short lets, that means a wall-mounted glass dispenser.

Wall-mounted dispensers are fixed securely to the wall using a bracket system, which means they can't be knocked over, moved between rooms, or removed by guests. They keep bathroom surfaces clear, make daily cleaning faster, and create a consistent, built-in look across every room in your property. The kind of detail that reads as intentional rather than assembled.

A 500ml capacity is the standard for short-let use. Large enough to reduce refill frequency significantly compared to smaller countertop bottles, without looking oversized on the wall. One wall-mounted 500ml dispenser replaces hundreds of single-use plastic miniatures over its lifetime, reducing both plastic waste and restocking costs.

Glass is the material of choice for premium guest bathrooms. It doesn't discolour, scratch, or absorb odours over time, and it maintains its appearance through years of daily commercial use. A matte black, frosted, or amber finish adds a considered aesthetic detail that elevates the bathroom experience for guests.

Custom labelling is available on all short-let orders, allowing you to add your property's name or logo to every dispenser, reinforcing your brand identity throughout the guest stay.

Namie's wall-mounted 500ml property dispensers are used by short lets and serviced apartments across the UK and Europe. Apply for a trade account to access wholesale pricing.

Wall-mounted vs countertop soap dispensers: which is better for an Airbnb?

Both options work in guest bathrooms, but for most property applications wall-mounted dispensers are the stronger choice, and the option we most commonly recommend to hospitality clients.

Wall-mounted dispensers are fixed to the wall using a bracket system, making them the natural fit for property shower enclosures, wet rooms, and basin areas where you want a clean, permanent, built-in finish. Because they're secured to the wall they can't be knocked over, repositioned by guests, or accidentally taken from the room. Surfaces stay clear, changeover cleans around them more easily, and the overall look is consistent and intentional across every room in the property.

The bracket system also opens up the option of specifying matching bathroom fixtures - towel bars, robe hooks, toilet roll holders, in the same finish, creating a fully coordinated bathroom scheme without the cost of a full refurbishment.

Countertop dispensers are the simpler option where wall-mounting isn't practical. For example in existing properties where drilling into tiled walls is not possible, or in areas where flexibility to reposition is needed. They work well as a transitional solution but lack the permanence and guest-proof security of a wall-mounted setup.

Our recommendation for most short lets: wall-mounted dispensers throughout, shower and basin alike. The installation is straightforward, the brackets are supplied with all fixings, and the result is a bathroom that looks designed from the ground up rather than added to after the fact.

Namie's wall-mounted dispensers are available in a range of finishes with custom branding on all orders. Apply for a trade account or contact us to discuss specifying across your property.

What are the dispensers made of?

The bottles are made from glass, sourced from Europe. The pumps are manufactured to our specification and quality-tested before dispatch. The outer finish is a powder-coated or sprayed coating depending on the variant; matte black, frosted, and amber finishes are achieved through glass treatment and coating processes finished in England. You can find the country of manufacture for each product on our trade site once your application has been approved.

Are the dispensers sprayed with paint?

The matte black and coloured finishes are applied via a spray coating process rather than traditional paint. The frosted white and frosted amber are finished using a etch spray. The coating is durable and designed for daily use in bathroom environments. For maximum longevity we recommend cleaning with a soft damp cloth and avoiding abrasive chemical cleaners.

What are the wall brackets and bathroom fixtures made of?

Our wall brackets and bathroom fixtures are manufactured from stainless steel, either grade 3CR12 or grade 304 depending on the product. They are powder-coated for standard finishes, with electroplating used for gold and silver colour options.

What are the labels made of? Will they fade?

Our labels are waterproof permanent adhesive, coated with a polypropylene laminate layer that provides excellent resistance to wear, moisture, and daily handling. They are specifically engineered for the high-traffic, high-moisture conditions of a short-let bathroom and are made to hold their look for the life of the dispenser.

Will the products survive constant guest turnover?

Yes. Our dispensers and fixtures are specified for commercial use in short lets, gyms, spas, and offices. Heavy-weight glass, rust-resistant pumps, and powder-coated fixtures are all selected for durability in high-occupancy environments where products are used multiple times daily.

Are they waterproof?

Yes. The dispensers and wall brackets are designed for wet bathroom environments including shower and wet room use. The wall-mounted range is specifically engineered for in-shower installation. As with all glass and metal products, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion and using a soft cloth for cleaning rather than abrasive chemicals.

What size dispensers are available?

Our standard property dispenser is 500ml, which is the size we recommend for guest bathroom use; large enough to minimise refill frequency while keeping the look clean and uncluttered. If you require a specific size then we can source it for you.

Country of manufacture?

The glass is sourced from Europe. Pumps are manufactured to our specification. Each dispenser is decorated and finished in England. You can find the country of manufacture on our trade site once your application have been approved.

Warranty & Aftercare

What is the warranty?

All products come with a 6-24 month warranty covering manufacturing defects, depending on the product. Beyond the warranty period, we offer discounted replacement pumps for trade account holders. So if a pump needs replacing after heavy use, you won't need to replace the full dispenser.

Are the pumps made to last?

Yes. Our pumps are manufactured to a commercial specification with rust-resistant components. All pumps are quality-tested before dispatch. Beyond the warranty period, replacement pumps are available to trade account holders at discounted rates, keeping your dispensers in service for years without the cost of full replacement.

Installation

How are the wall-mounted dispensers installed?

Wall-mounted dispensers are installed using our stainless steel wall brackets, which are fixed to the wall using the supplied screws and wall plugs. Full installation instructions are included with every bracket order. The process is straightforward and typically requires only a drill and screwdriver.

How are the bathroom fixtures installed?

All bathroom fixtures (toilet roll holders, towel bars, robe hooks and many more) are installed using concealed fixings with a floating, screw-free appearance once mounted. Full instructions and all required fixings are included.

Do your fixtures come with screws?

Yes. All wall brackets and bathroom fixtures are supplied with the screws and wall plugs required for standard installation.

Are the wall brackets adjustable?

Constructed of 2 parts, brackets can be adjusted for height between 11-17cm from the base to top holder section.

Can you lock the bottles in place in the wall bracket?

Yes. The wall brackets hold the dispensers securely in place with a locking mechanism, preventing removal from guests or theft.

Is it safe to install the fixtures on my wall?

In most standard guest bathroom constructions (tiled walls, plasterboard, stud walls etc) our fixings are suitable for installation. If you have any concerns about your specific wall type or construction, contact our team before ordering and we can advise. For structural concerns we always recommend consulting a qualified installer.

Glass & Safety

Is glass safe to use in an Airbnb or holiday let?

Glass dispensers are used successfully across short lets, spas, and commercial properties worldwide. If you have specific concerns about glass safety in your environment (for example in high-risk areas or facilities used by children) we recommend consulting your health and safety advisor first. We also offer wall-mounted dispensers which are fixed and cannot be easily removed, and refillable plastic dispensers for environments where glass is not appropriate. Contact us to discuss the right option for your property.

Other Services

Can you source other products?

Yes. We have an expansive supplier network and if the quantities are right, we can source products beyond our standard range. Contact us with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you sell the soaps?

We plan to release our soap range in the near future. But for now, we work closely with alternative suppliers for this.

Do you offer technical drawings?

Yes. These are available on request for trade account holders or for FF&E specification purposes.

We have our own dispensers, can we purchase wall brackets only?

Yes. Wall brackets are available to purchase separately. Our brackets are designed to fit our own 500ml dispensers, but contact us with your dispenser dimensions and we can advise on compatibility.
