FAQ
Everything spas ask first.
If your question isn't here, see the bottom of our page for more FAQs, or reach out to us and our trade team will reply within one working day with a tailored answer for your spa.
Yes — and they're one of the simplest ways to make a treatment room feel as considered as the treatment itself. Our glass dispensers are used by spas, wellness centres and hotel spas across the UK and Europe.
Each dispenser is heavy-weight glass with a rust-resistant metal pump built for constant commercial use. The 500ml capacity means fewer refills between clients, and the wall-mounted option fixes securely to the wall, keeping basins and shelves clutter-free and the space serene.
For wet relaxation, shower or steam areas where you'd rather avoid glass underfoot, we also offer refillable plastic dispensers in the same finishes. The wall-mounted range is the most popular choice for spas, as the fixed bracket keeps everything tidy and consistent from room to room.
Custom labelling and printing are available on every order, so you can carry your spa's name or logo across each bottle.
Yes. Your spa name, logo or brand design can be applied to the glass. We offer three levels of decoration depending on your volume and budget:
- Custom Labelling: waterproof, polypropylene-laminated adhesive labels. From £60 + VAT. Lead time 1–2 weeks.
- Digital Printing: full-colour printing applied directly to the bottle. Ideal for smaller runs or detailed designs. Lead time 2–3 weeks.
- Screen Printing: the industry-standard method for glass and plastic. Recommended for 100+ units per design. Lead time 4–6 weeks.
Get in touch with your artwork and quantities and we'll recommend the right option for your project.
Yes. The glass, the rust-resistant pumps and the powder-coated brackets are all made to handle the heat, steam and constant moisture of spa shower and relaxation areas without clouding or corroding. The wall brackets also hold each dispenser securely with a locking mechanism, so bottles stay put and surfaces stay clear.
No, they won't peel or fade. Our custom labels are waterproof permanent adhesive, coated with a polypropylene laminate that resists moisture, massage oils, daily handling and the cleaning products used in a spa.
They're engineered for exactly the conditions a treatment room and shower area sees — steam, humidity and a thorough clean between every client. Unlike ordinary printed labels that lift or discolour, ours hold their look for the life of the dispenser.
For a completely permanent, label-free finish, our custom printing applies your design directly onto the glass — no adhesive, no edges. It's the option we most often recommend for spas branding across several rooms where long-term consistency matters.
It depends on the room and the rituals you offer. For most treatment rooms and spa bathrooms, two to four dispensers is the sweet spot.
A typical setup looks like this:
At the basin - wall-mounted or countertop:
- Hand wash
- Hand lotion
In the shower or wet area - wall-mounted:
- Body wash
- Shampoo / conditioner
That's around four per room with a shower, or two at a treatment-room basin. Relaxation lounges and shared changing areas usually need hand wash and lotion at each basin.
Multiply by your number of rooms and add a small buffer for breakages and new rooms. If you're also adding matching wall brackets and fixtures (towel bars, robe hooks, roll holders), we can help you put together a full per-room spec. Contact us or apply for a trade account and we'll work through the numbers with you.
Standard in-stock items - 1–3 days
Custom labelling - 1–2 weeks
Digital printing - 2–3 weeks
Screen printing - 4–6 weeks
Custom glass spraying (colour) - 8–10 weeks

Matching Fixtures for a Considered Sanctuary
Complete the space with coordinating metal fixtures: towel bars, robe hooks, toilet roll holders and more. A discreet floating design hides all fixings, keeping walls clean and calm.
Available in matte black, brushed gold and brushed silver to match your dispensers. Made from premium materials that withstand the heat and humidity of spa environments.
From a Single Treatment Room to a Full Spa Fit-Out
Whether you run one treatment room or a multi-site destination spa, our trade system scales with you. Specify the same dispensers and fixtures across every room, with consistent finishes maintained order after order.
Volume pricing scales with your room count, and our team will work through quantities, lead times and specification with you directly - one room or fifty.
Built for the ritual, not the family bathroom.
From the weight of the glass to the smooth action of the pump, every detail is made to feel as considered as the treatment itself — a quiet moment of calm your guests feel the second they reach for it.
Retire the single-use miniatures for good. Refillable glass dispensers spare hundreds of plastic bottles per room each year — a quiet, visible commitment to sustainability that wellness guests increasingly look for and value.
One dispenser replaces thousands of disposable bottles over its lifetime. Fewer consumables to reorder, less back-of-house storage, and less time spent resetting rooms between clients.
Custom labelled or printed with your spa's name and logo. A small, considered detail that carries your identity from reception into every treatment room and relaxation space.
Heavy-weight glass, rust-resistant pumps and powder-coated metal fixtures that hold up to oils, steam and constant cleaning — keeping their finish in humid treatment and relaxation areas where lesser fittings cloud or corrode.
Why Spas Choose Namie
We're not a generic wellness-supplies catalogue. Here's what makes us the choice for spas and wellness spaces that care about the details.
Most suppliers sell dispensers. Namie supplies the whole space: glass soap dispensers, wall brackets, towel bars, robe hooks, toilet roll holders, soap dishes and shower shelves, all in the same finish. Matte black, brushed gold, frosted clear. One supplier, one serene look across treatment rooms, showers and relaxation areas — nothing jarring to break the calm.
Custom-branded dispensers typically take 6–8 weeks with most suppliers. Our custom labelling turns around in 1–2 weeks from artwork approval, with printed options for larger orders. If you're opening a new spa or refreshing your rooms to a deadline, that difference matters.
Custom labelling from £60 + VAT, with printed options on larger runs. There's a branding route whether you run one treatment room or a multi-site spa group — no minimum that prices out an independent therapist, no ceiling that prices out a destination spa.
We supply dispensers and bathroom fixtures to spas, wellness centres and hotel spas across the UK and Europe, custom-branded for multi-room specifications. We understand what a wellness order looks like — the calm aesthetic, the consistency across treatment rooms, the humidity of steam and shower areas — and how to deliver it.
Namie isn't a large supply company routing your enquiry through a contact form and a call centre. When you get in touch about your spa, you speak directly to someone who knows the product and can advise on the right setup for your rooms, your treatments and your budget — whether that's one studio or a full destination spa.
The Wellness Industry Is Leaving Plastic Behind
Guests choose wellness spaces to feel better - and increasingly that includes how a space treats the planet. A row of single-use plastic miniatures sits at odds with that. Refillable glass dispensers are the permanent, premium alternative: installed once, refilled as needed, and branded to your spa.

Product & Materials
What is the best soap dispenser for a spa or treatment room?
The best soap dispenser for a spa bathroom is one that stays where you put it, looks the part, and doesn't create extra work for your spa team. For most spas, that means a wall-mounted glass dispenser.
Wall-mounted dispensers are fixed securely to the wall using a bracket system, which means they can't be knocked over, moved between rooms, or removed by guests. They keep bathroom surfaces clear, make daily cleaning faster, and create a consistent, built-in look across every room in your property. The kind of detail that reads as intentional rather than assembled.
A 500ml capacity is the standard for spa use. Large enough to reduce refill frequency significantly compared to smaller countertop bottles, without looking oversized on the wall. One wall-mounted 500ml dispenser replaces hundreds of single-use plastic miniatures over its lifetime, reducing both plastic waste and restocking costs.
Glass is the material of choice for premium spa bathrooms. It doesn't discolour, scratch, or absorb odours over time, and it maintains its appearance through years of daily commercial use. A matte black, frosted, or amber finish adds a considered aesthetic detail that elevates the bathroom experience for guests.
Custom labelling and custom printing are available on all spa orders, allowing you to add your property's name or logo to every dispenser, reinforcing your brand identity throughout the guest stay.
Namie's wall-mounted 500ml spa dispensers are used by spas and wellness centres across the UK and Europe. Apply for a trade account to access wholesale pricing.
Wall-mounted vs countertop soap dispensers: which is better for a spa?
Both options work in spa bathrooms, but for most spa applications wall-mounted dispensers are the stronger choice, and the option we most commonly recommend to hospitality clients.
Wall-mounted dispensers are fixed to the wall using a bracket system, making them the natural fit for spa shower enclosures, wet rooms, and basin areas where you want a clean, permanent, built-in finish. Because they're secured to the wall they can't be knocked over, repositioned by guests, or accidentally taken from the room. Surfaces stay clear, room turnaround cleans around them more easily, and the overall look is consistent and intentional across every room in the property.
The bracket system also opens up the option of specifying matching bathroom fixtures - towel bars, robe hooks, toilet roll holders, in the same finish, creating a fully coordinated bathroom scheme without the cost of a full refurbishment.
Countertop dispensers are the simpler option where wall-mounting isn't practical. For example in existing properties where drilling into tiled walls is not possible, or in areas where flexibility to reposition is needed. They work well as a transitional solution but lack the permanence and guest-proof security of a wall-mounted setup.
Our recommendation for most spas: wall-mounted dispensers throughout, shower and basin alike. The installation is straightforward, the brackets are supplied with all fixings, and the result is a bathroom that looks designed from the ground up rather than added to after the fact.
Namie's wall-mounted dispensers are available in a range of finishes with custom branding on all orders. Apply for a trade account or contact us to discuss specifying across your property.
What are the dispensers made of?
The bottles are made from glass, sourced from Europe. The pumps are manufactured to our specification and quality-tested before dispatch. The outer finish is a powder-coated or sprayed coating depending on the variant; matte black, frosted, and amber finishes are achieved through glass treatment and coating processes finished in England. You can find the country of manufacture for each product on our trade site once your application has been approved.
Are the dispensers sprayed with paint?
The matte black and coloured finishes are applied via a spray coating process rather than traditional paint. The frosted white and frosted amber are finished using a etch spray. The coating is durable and designed for daily use in bathroom environments. For maximum longevity we recommend cleaning with a soft damp cloth and avoiding abrasive chemical cleaners.
What are the wall brackets and bathroom fixtures made of?
Our wall brackets and bathroom fixtures are manufactured from stainless steel, either grade 3CR12 or grade 304 depending on the product. They are powder-coated for standard finishes, with electroplating used for gold and silver colour options.
What are the labels made of? Will they fade?
Our labels are waterproof permanent adhesive, coated with a polypropylene laminate layer that provides excellent resistance to wear, moisture, and daily handling. They are specifically engineered for high-traffic and high-moisture environments. For a fully permanent, label-free finish, our digital printing and screen printing services apply your design directly onto the glass.
Are the products designed for busy spa use?
Yes. Our dispensers and fixtures are specified for commercial use in spas, gyms, spas, and offices. Heavy-weight glass, rust-resistant pumps, and powder-coated fixtures are all selected for durability in high-occupancy environments where products are used multiple times daily.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. The dispensers and wall brackets are designed for wet bathroom environments including shower and wet room use. The wall-mounted range is specifically engineered for in-shower installation. As with all glass and metal products, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion and using a soft cloth for cleaning rather than abrasive chemicals.
What size dispensers are available?
Our standard spa dispenser is 500ml, which is the size we recommend for spa bathroom use; large enough to minimise refill frequency while keeping the look clean and uncluttered. If you require a specific size then we can source it for you.
Country of manufacture?
The glass is sourced from Europe. Pumps are manufactured to our specification. Each dispenser is decorated and finished in England. You can find the country of manufacture on our trade site once your application have been approved.
Warranty & Aftercare
What is the warranty?
All products come with a 6-24 month warranty covering manufacturing defects, depending on the product. Beyond the warranty period, we offer discounted replacement pumps for trade account holders. So if a pump needs replacing after heavy use, you won't need to replace the full dispenser.
Are the pumps made to last?
Yes. Our pumps are manufactured to a commercial specification with rust-resistant components. All pumps are quality-tested before dispatch. Beyond the warranty period, replacement pumps are available to trade account holders at discounted rates, keeping your dispensers in service for years without the cost of full replacement.
Installation
How are the wall-mounted dispensers installed?
Wall-mounted dispensers are installed using our stainless steel wall brackets, which are fixed to the wall using the supplied screws and wall plugs. Full installation instructions are included with every bracket order. The process is straightforward and typically requires only a drill and screwdriver.
How are the bathroom fixtures installed?
All bathroom fixtures (toilet roll holders, towel bars, robe hooks and many more) are installed using concealed fixings with a floating, screw-free appearance once mounted. Full instructions and all required fixings are included.
Do your fixtures come with screws?
Yes. All wall brackets and bathroom fixtures are supplied with the screws and wall plugs required for standard installation.
Are the wall brackets adjustable?
Constructed of 2 parts, brackets can be adjusted for height between 11-17cm from the base to top holder section.
Can you lock the bottles in place in the wall bracket?
Yes. The wall brackets hold the dispensers securely in place with a locking mechanism, preventing removal from guests or theft.
Is it safe to install the fixtures on my wall?
In most standard spa bathroom constructions (tiled walls, plasterboard, stud walls etc) our fixings are suitable for installation. If you have any concerns about your specific wall type or construction, contact our team before ordering and we can advise. For structural concerns we always recommend consulting a qualified installer.
Glass & Safety
Is glass safe to use in a spa or wet area?
Glass dispensers are used successfully across spas, spas, and commercial properties worldwide. If you have specific concerns about glass safety in your environment (for example in high-risk areas or facilities used by children) we recommend consulting your health and safety advisor first. We also offer wall-mounted dispensers which are fixed and cannot be easily removed, and refillable plastic dispensers for environments where glass is not appropriate. Contact us to discuss the right option for your property.
Other Services
Can you source other products?
Yes. We have an expansive supplier network and if the quantities are right, we can source products beyond our standard range. Contact us with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you sell the soaps?
We plan to release our soap range in the near future. But for now, we work closely with alternative suppliers for this.
Do you offer technical drawings?
Yes. These are available on request for trade account holders or for FF&E specification purposes.
We have our own dispensers, can we purchase wall brackets only?
Yes. Wall brackets are available to purchase separately. Our brackets are designed to fit our own 500ml dispensers, but contact us with your dispenser dimensions and we can advise on compatibility.
