Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Namie Home, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items.

2. Return Period

You have 14 days from the arrival of your parcel to initiate a return.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

4. Packaging Instructions

Due to the fragile nature of our glass products, customers are required to re-pack items with care to protect them during transit. Please follow these specific instructions for packaging glass bottles:

  • Keep the bottle neck away from the edge of the box, if possible.
  • Wrap the bottle first with white tissue paper provided.
  • Then wrap it with the brown hive wrap provided.
  • Please keep pumps separate from other products using brown packaging paper provided.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund, or may only receive a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage. If we cannot issue a refund for an item, photos of the damage will be taken and can be requested by the customer.

6. Processing Time

Our returns processing time is up to 14 days from when we receive the returned parcel.

7. Exchanges

For exchanges, the customer is required to pay for shipping of the new items unless otherwise agreed. Any difference in product cost will be reimbursed or invoiced to settle any remaining amounts.

8. UK Returns

  • Customers in the UK can process a return label through our portal.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. International Returns

  • International customers must process a return label through their own chosen tracked service.
  • We cannot refund any shipping costs paid on the original order for international returns.
